Gmina Janikowo is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Inowrocà Âaw County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Janikowo, which lies approximately south-west of Inowrocà Âaw, south of Bydgoszcz, and south-west of Toruà Â.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 13,635 (out of which the population of Janikowo amounts to 9,111, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 4,524).
Apart from the town of Janikowo, Gmina Janikowo contains the villages and settlements of Broniewice, Dobieszewice, Gà Âogówiec, Góry, Koà Âodziejewo, Koà Âuda Maà Âa, Koà Âuda Wielka, Ludzisko, Sielec and Trlàg.
Gmina Janikowo is bordered by the gminas of Dàbrowa, Inowrocà Âaw, Mogilno, Pakoà Âàand Strzelno.
