Gmina Czerniewice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tomaszów County, à Âódà º Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Czerniewice, which lies approximately north-east of Tomaszów Mazowiecki and east of the regional capital à Âódà º.
The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006, its total population was 5,113.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Spaà Âa Landscape Park.
