César Franco Lobos Asman (born 22 February 1999), known as Franco Lobos, is a Chilean footballer who plays as a forward for Santiago Wanderers.
A product of Universidad de Chile youth system, Lobos played for them until the end of the 2023 season.
In 2024, Lobos signed with Cobresal. The next year, he switched to Unión La Calera.
On 5 January 2026, Lobos joined Santiago Wanderers.
