Frailes is a barrio in the municipality of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 32,050.
Frailes is located in central Guaynabo. According to the United States Census Bureau, the barrio has a total area of , of which is land and is water. It is situated above sea level.
