Fourna () is a village and a former municipality in Evrytania in central Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Karpenisi, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 132.232 km<sup>2</sup>. The population of the municipal unit is 589 (2021 census). The municipal unit consists of the villages Fourna, Vracha (Greek: ÃÂÃÂìÃÂñ), and Kleisto (Greek: ÃÂûõùÃÂÃÂÃÂ).
