Fjellhammer IL (Fjellhammer Idrettslag) is a Norwegian handball club from Lørenskog. They play their home matches at Fjellhamar Arena. The club was founded on 22 October 1931. They have won the Norwegian Men's Handball Cup three times; in 1978, 1979 and 1981. Their best ever league position was a 2nd-place finish in 1983âÂÂ84.
Both the men's and women's team play in the top division, after the women's team was promoted to REMA 1000-ligaen in 2025.
