The first lady of the Republic of Turkey () is the wife of the president of Turkey. Twelve women have so far filled this role, the first being Latife UÃ Âaki. Since 2014, the First Lady has been Emine ErdoÃÂan, wife of President Recep Tayyip ErdoÃÂan.
