Fayza Ahmed (; 5 December 1934 – 24 September 1983) was a Lebanese-Egyptian singer and actress of Syrian descent.
During her career, she appeared in six films.
Fayza Ahmed was born in 1934 in Sidon, Lebanon, to a Syrian father and a Lebanese mother.
