• 19??: Founded as FC Alga-d Frunze.
• 1993: Renamed FC Alga Bishkek.
• 1994: Merged with FC Alga-RIIF Bishkek to FC Alga Bishkek.
• 1994: Renamed FC Alga-2 Bishkek.
