Ezlopitant (INN, code name CJ-11,974) is an NK<sub>1</sub> receptor antagonist. It has antiemetic and antinociceptive effects. Pfizer was developing ezlopitant for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome but it appears to have been discontinued.
