European route E272 is a Class B road part of the International E-road network. It runs only through Lithuania, begins in KlaipÃÂda and ends in Vilnius.

From KlaipÃÂda to Palanga it follows the route of Lithuanian highway A13, A11 from Palanga to à  iauliai, A9 from à  iauliai to PanevÃÂà ¾ys, A17 just outside PanevÃÂà ¾ys and A2 from PanevÃÂà ¾ys to Vilnius.
