Eupoecilia inouei is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in China (Guizhou, Hebei, Henan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Jilin, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi), Japan, Korea and Russia.
The wingspan is 13âÂÂ16 mm.
