2020 census

The 2020 United States census reported that Eucalyptus Hills had a population of 5,517. The population density was . The racial makeup of Eucalyptus Hills was 73.0% White, 5.7% African American, 0.7% Native American, 1.7% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 5.3% from other races, and 13.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 17.6% of the population.

The whole population lived in households. There were 1,836 households, out of which 36.1% included children under the age of 18, 62.1% were married-couple households, 3.6% were cohabiting couple households, 18.6% had a female householder with no partner present, and 15.6% had a male householder with no partner present. 16.2% of households were one person, and 9.7% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 3.00. There were 1,468 families (80.0% of all households).

The age distribution was 24.3% under the age of 18, 6.9% aged 18 to 24, 24.2% aged 25 to 44, 25.8% aged 45 to 64, and 18.8% who were 65years of age or older. The median age was 40.0years. For every 100 females, there were 104.9 males.
