Estradiol propoxyphenylpropionate (EPPP), sold under the brand name Durovex, is an estrogen medication and estrogen ester which is no longer marketed. It is the C17ò propoxyphenylpropionate (propoxyhydrocinnamate) ester of estradiol. It is a long-acting depot estrogen.
