Elijah Roche (born January 28, 2008) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a centre-back for MLS Next Pro club Toronto FC II.
A youth product of the academy of Ottawa TFC since the age of 4, Roche joined the Toronto FC Academy on August 11, 2023, where he finished his development. He made his senior and professional debut with Toronto FC II as a substitute in a 2âÂÂ1 MLS Next Pro loss to Philadelphia Union II on 12 September 2025.
Roche was born in Canada to a Haitian father and Dominica-born mother. He was called up to the Canada U17s for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
Roche is the nephew of the Canadian soccer player Jamar Dixon.
