Eduardo del Pino Vicente is a Spanish writer and journalist. He was named "vecino ejemplar" for the XVII Semana Cultural del Casco Histórico de AlmerÃÂa. A new municipal library in Almeria will be named as Eduardo D. Vicente by CSIF.
