Dybawka is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krasiczyn, within Przemyà Âl County, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, in southeastern Poland.
The Przemyà Âl has "long been famous for manufacturing...elaborately carved wooden and meerschaum pipes and cigar cutters."
