Doliana () is a village in the Ioannina Regional Unit in Epirus, northwestern Greece.
Scholar Ioannis Lambridis wrote Dholiana had the meaning 'low place' and linguist Max Vasmer etymologically attributed it to the Slavic Doljane 'inhabitant of the valley' derived from the Slavic dolÃÂ 'valley' and the suffix -jani.
Georgios Gennadios, a prominent figure in the Modern Greek Enlightenment, was raised in the village although he was born in Thrace.
