Dewan Abul Abbas was a Pakistani and Bangladeshi politician. He was a member of the East Pakistan Provincial Assembly representing Comilla.
Abbas was born on 1 March 1926 in Barikandi village, under Nabinagar thana of Comilla district (now in Brahmanbaria District). He earned a master's degree in English and, in 1952, an LL. B. He was a lawyer. He was a member of the Constituent Assembly of Bangladesh. In 1962, he was elected to the East Pakistan Provincial Assembly.
His son, Dewan Aftabul Alam, lives in Wari, Dhaka. His younger son Dewan Ashraful Alam, lives in New York, USA.
