Daphne Arias Lagon (born November 29, 1978) is a Filipino politician who is a member of the House of Representatives. She represents the Cebu's 6th congressional district since 2022.
She is married to congressman Sonny Lagon.
Daphne was born to police officer Rogelio Arias and Perla Arias of whom are from Tuburan she has 5 siblings
She first ran for vice-mayor of Tuburan, Cebu in 2013 as the running mate of former Mayor Rose Marie Suezo but was unsuccessful in 2016 she ran for mayor but lost to incumbent Democrito Diamante by 46 votes she ran again for mayor in 2019 but lost to incumbent vice-mayor Danilo Diamante by 3,253 votes in 2021 she filed her COC for representative of the 6th district and was successful succeeding incumbent Emmarie Dizon who chose to ran for representative of the newly created lone district of Mandaue City and she won reelection in 2025 unopposed she is based in Cordova, Cebu she is a long time member of One Cebu
Daphne has filed several bills for the progress of the 6th district including House Bill, 03880 separating Consolacion National High School Laray extension into its own independent high school House Bill, 03883 establishing a office of the Land Transportation Office in the municipality of Cordova, Cebu and has done several other projects and programs for the district including eye care programs and aid hand-out and infrastructure projects, She was one of the 214 representatives and was one of the 9 representatives from Cebu to sign the Impeachment of Sara Duterte
