was the son of regent Ichijà  Akiyoshi. He was a Japanese kugyà  (court noble) of the Edo period (1603âÂÂ1868). He founded as a branch of Ichijà  family. He was the father of Daigo Fuyuhiro, his heir, and Tokudaiji Kintake (徳大寺堬堨), adopted by Tokudaiji family.
