The racial makeup of the township was 94.55% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.57% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.43% from other races, and 4.45% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.00% of the population.
