The Costs in Criminal Cases Act 1908 (8 Edw. 7. c. 15) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated and amended the law relating to the payment of costs in criminal cases in England and Wales.
Section 10 of the act repealed 35 enactments, listed in the schedule to the act.
The whole act was repealed by section 18 of, and the schedule to, the Costs in Criminal Cases Act 1952 (15 & 16 Geo. 6 & 1 Eliz. 2. c. 48), which came into force on 1 January 1953.
