Ch'oe Manli (, d. October 23, 1445) was an associate professor () in the Hall of Worthies who spoke against the creation of Hangul (then called Ã
Ânmun) together with other Confucian scholars in 1444. He submitted a protest that year to King Sejong against Hangul.
