Chiba 9th district (Ã¥ÂÂèÂÂçÂÂ第9åº, Chiba-ken dai-kyuku or simply Ã¥ÂÂèÂÂ9åº, Chiba-kyuku) is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives in the national Diet of Japan located in Chiba Prefecture.
