Chiba 5th district

is an electoral district in the Japanese House of Representatives. The district was established in 1994 after the introduction of single-member constituencies in that year. Since its creation it has been redistricted twice: once in 2002 and again in 2022.

Arfiya Eri, a Liberal Democratic Party politician of Uyghur won a by-election on 17 April 2023.
