Chiba 2nd district (Ã¥ÂÂèÂÂçÂÂ第2åº, Chiba-ken dai-niku or simply Ã¥ÂÂèÂÂ2åº, Chiba-niku) is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives in the national Diet of Japan located in Chiba Prefecture.
