Caye Sable () is a cay of Haiti located in the Anse-à-Galets commune, about west of Port-au-Prince. It is known for being the most densely populated island in the world, with around 250âÂÂ300 people sharing an area of among about 75 houses, making for a population density of . It is accessible by small boats from the village of Petite Anse, in the extreme south of Gonâve Island. There is no source of fresh water on the island.
