Carmela's Diary () is a 2019 Italian film directed by Vincenzo Caiazzo. It received a theatrical release in Italy on 17 May 2019.
The film tells the story of a 15-year-old girl on the outskirts of Naples, forced to work for her family's drug dealing business. Carmela experiences her adolescence as a prison, forced to live as a recluse. Her mother, Maria, forces her to sell drugs alongside her older brother, Ciro. Carmela is forced to give up everything, even one of the things she loves most: going to school. Powerless against the circumstances that lead her toward a destiny of fear, sacrifice, and coexistence with crime, Carmela tries to escape by confiding everything in her best friend, her diary.

The film premiered at the MIC (Interactive Cinema Museum) in December 2018, competing at the Rivelazioni Festival. The film was released in theaters on 17 May 2019.
