Cai Yanyan (, born 15 November 1999) is a Chinese badminton player. She won her first international title at the 2017 China International. She was the bronze medalist at the 2017 World Junior Championships and the 2019 Asian Championships. In 2023, she helped win Asia Mixed Team Championships.
