The Bursa tumbler is a breed of fancy pigeon originating in Bursa, Turkey. Locally, the people are called âÂÂoynarâ or âÂÂakkanatâ â white wings. Bursa pigeons, along with other varieties of domesticated pigeons, are all descendants from the rock pigeon (Columba livia).
