Formed on 11 December 2020 by amalgamation of Buchach city and Barysh, Beremiany, Bobulyntsi, Dobropole, Duliby, Zhyzhnomyr, Zhnyborody, Zaryvyntsi, Zelena, Zubrets, Kydaniv, Lishchantsi, Novi Petlykivtsi, Ozeriany, Osivtsi, Perevoloka, Porokhova, PÃÂredmistia, Pidzamochok, Ripyntsi, Soroky, Stari Petlykivtsi, Yazlovets village councils of Chortkiv Raion.
The hromada consists of 1 city (Buchach) and 36 villages:
