Brian Keller (born ) is an American former college football coach. He is best known for his time as the head football coach for Nebraska Wesleyan University, a position he held from 1996 to 2025. He previously served as an assistant coach for Seward High School, Nebraska Wesleyan, and Eastern Oregon. He played college football for Nebraska Wesleyan as a defensive lineman and linebacker.
