Borowa (also known locally as Czarna Góra is a mountain in the Waà Âbrzych Mountains (), part of the Central Sudetes in south-western Poland. With an elevation of , it is the highest summit of the Waà Âbrzych Mountains.
Borowa rises on the wooded ridge above the passes of and , between neighbouring summits including Woà Âowiec and Jaà Âowiec, on the border of the municipalities of Waà Âbrzych and Jedlina-Zdrój. The peak lies within the Sudety Waà Âbrzyskie Landscape Park ().
Borowa is built mainly of volcanic rocks, including rhyolite and trachybasalt (melaphyre), linked to past volcanic activity in the region.
A steel observation tower was built on the summit in 2017. The tower is high and has a distinctive twisted, hyperboloid-like form; it is a popular viewpoint over the Sudetes.
