Bình Châu (Vietnamese: ) is a commune of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is one of the 168 new wards, communes and special zones of the city following the reorganization in 2025.

Bình Châu occupies an area of 87.06 square kilometers, positioned at the eastern extremity of Ho Chi Minh City. The terrain supports a tropical climate conducive to both agriculture and tourism.
Originally established during the French colonial era as the village of Cù Mi within Nhán Xðáng canton, Bình Châu evolved into a commune under the Republic of Vietnam in the district of Xuyên Má»Âc, Phðá»Âc Tuy province. Post-1975, it remained part of Xuyên Má»Âc district in BàRá»ÂaâÂÂVà ©ng Tàu province. In 2025, pursuant to Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 by the National Assembly Standing Committee, Bình Châu was incorporated into Ho Chi Minh City without alterations to its boundaries or population scale. This integration marked a significant expansion of Ho Chi Minh City's administrative reach into southeastern territories.
As of December 31, 2024, Bình Châu recorded a population of 26,054 inhabitants, yielding a density of 299 persons per square kilometer. The demographic composition reflects a blend of indigenous communities and migrants drawn to tourism-related opportunities.
Bình Châu is subdivided into 13 hamlets (ấp): Bến Lá»Âi, Bình Hòa, Bình An, Bình Minh, Bình Trung, Bình Thắng, Bình Tiến, Khu 1, Láng GÃÂng, Thanh Bình 1, Thanh Bình 2, Thanh Bình 3, and Thèo Nèo. The commune's People's Committee headquarters is located in Ấp Láng GÃÂng.
