Bill Cipher is the main antagonist of Gravity Falls, the protagonist of The Book of Bill, and the subject of the Cipher hunt. He is a one-eyed pyramid resembling the Eye of Providence. He first appears in Dreamscaperers after being summoned by Stan Pines' enemy Gideon, though references to him are made before then.
