The Barrister Ranjit Mohanty Group of Institutions (BRM) is a group of educational institutions located in Odisha, India. The BRM was established in 2000 as the BRM Trust to provide computer science education for school students for the Government of Odisha. It later expanded its offerings to include engineering, management, and vocational courses. All courses, except diploma engineering courses, are affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology. The diploma engineering courses are affiliated with SCTE & VT of Odisha.
The BRM trust was established in 2001 to provide computer education through the E-School Project of the Government of Odisha and began offering diploma education. A year later, it added BBA and BCA programs under Utkal University. In 2003, it launched a 2-year full-time MBA program under the affiliation of BPUT, which was approved by AICTE. Subsequently, it also added MCA, B. Tech, and M. Tech programs to its curriculum.
BRM Group is a group of colleges in Odisha. It comprises BRM International Institute of Technology, BRM International Institute of Management, and BRM B-Schools. Its curriculum is maintained as per the university norms of BPUT and AICTE. The educational group has collaborated with international organizations.
The institution is spread over 8 acres of land, situated on the banks of the Kuakhai River. It is accessible via NH-16 (formerly NH-5). The nearest railway station is Bhubaneswar railway station and the nearest airport is Biju Patnaik Airport.
