Baradili () is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about northwest of Cagliari and about southeast of Oristano. With inhabitants, it is the smallest municipality of Sardinia by population.
Baradili borders the municipalities of Baressa, Genuri, Gonnosnò, Sini, Turri, and Ussaramanna.
