Balaciu is a commune located in IalomiÃÂa County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Balaciu, Copuzu, CrÃÂsanii de Jos, and CrÃÂsanii de Sus. It also included the village of SÃÂrÃÂÃÂeni until 2005, when it was split off to form SÃÂrÃÂÃÂeni Commune.
