Bala Do Ab (, also Romanized as BÃÂlÃÂ Do ÃÂb; also known as Do ÃÂb, Dow ÃÂb, Duab, LÃÂ Do ÃÂb, and RovÃÂt Sar) is a village in Rastupey Rural District, in the Central District of Savadkuh County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 78, in 28 families, down from 104 people in 2006.
