Austrolfersia is a genus of biting flies in the family of louse flies, Hippoboscidae. There is only one known species, Austrolfersia ferrisi <small>Bequaert, 1953</small>. It is a parasite of Diprotodontia.
It is only found in Queensland, Australia.
