Aumolertinib

Aumolertinib (trade name Ameile) is a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of cancer. It is an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI).

In China, aumolertinib is approved for the treatment of patients with EGFR T790M mutation—positive non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have progressed on or after other EGFR TKI therapy.

Legal status

In December 2025, the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use of the European Medicines Agency adopted a positive opinion, recommending the granting of a marketing authorization for the medicinal product Aumseqa, intended for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The applicant for this medicinal product is SFL Pharmaceuticals Deutschland GmbH.
