Asphalt Street Storm Racing was a free to play mobile drag racing game designed and published by Gameloft in June 2017. It was exclusively 1/4-mile drag races with rhythm-based gear shifting and nitro management unlike the Asphalt Series that featured full-course racing.
It was soft-launched on 22 December 2016 on iOS in Romania and the Philippines and was fully launched globally in June 2017. A spin-off of the Asphalt Series, the game focuses on timing and precision during ü-mile races without steering, instead it uses on-screen control buttons to change gears, accelerate and take nitro boosts. Asphalt Street Storm Racing servers have been officially shutdown and the game is no longer in play.
