Arundel is a township municipality in Quebec, Canada, located south of Mont Tremblant.
Arundel Township first appeared on the Gale and Duberger Map of 1795, but was not settled until the mid-19th century when Scottish and Irish immigrants established subsistence farming operations and worked the forests in winter.
Today most of the land is reserved for agricultural use despite strong growth in the region. Much of Arundel borders the Rouge River.
In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Arundel had a population of living in of its total private dwellings, a change of from its 2016 population of . With a land area of , it had a population density of in 2021.

Arundel is home to the Corridor Aérobique, a 58 kilometer trail used for walking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing and various other outdoor activities. This trail boarders the Rouge River (Laurentides) for some distance and also leads to the neighboring towns of Montcalm, Quebec, Huberdeau, Quebec, Morin-Heights and Lac-des-Seize-ÃÂles just to name a few. Exploring this path is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and worthwhile activities when in Arundel.
