Aplatophis is a genus of eels in the snake-eel family Ophichthidae with these species:

• Aplatophis chauliodus <small>J. E. Böhlke, 1956</small> (fangtooth snake-eel)
• Aplatophis zorro <small>McCosker & D. R. Robertson, 2001</small> (snaggle-toothed snake-eel)
