Aphrodisias (), also known as Aphrodisia (á¼ÂÃÂÃÂÿôùÃÂïñ), was a town in the south of ancient Laconia, on the Boeatic Gulf, said to have been founded by Aeneas.
Its site is located near the modern Megali Spilia.
