Ankara Medipol University

Ankara Medipol University () is a private, non-profit university located in Ankara, Turkey. Established in 2018 by the Turkey Education, Health, Science and Research Foundation, the university started academic activities in the 2018–2019 academic year.

The university offers education in both Turkish and English and focuses on fields such as health sciences, engineering, social sciences, law, and arts.

History

Ankara Medipol University was founded on 18 May 2018 and is part of the Medipol education and health group, which also includes Istanbul Medipol University and Medipol Health Group. It began accepting students in the 2018–19 academic year.

Academics

As of the 2021–2022 academic year, the university had a total of 4,626 students, including 2,974 undergraduates, 55 master’s students, and 20 doctoral students. The university has more than 280 academic staff, including professors, associate professors, doctors, lecturers, and research assistants.

The university’s main campus is located in Anafartalar, in the Altındağ district of central Ankara.
