Amblymelanoplia albosquamosa is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae. It is found in South Africa (Western Cape). The habitat consists of Breede Alluvium Fynbos.
Adults reach a length of about . They are mostly dull black. The clypeus and the head have black setae. The pronotum has pale-brown and brown setae, some white scales at the margins and black setae on the lateral and anterior margins. The elytra have pale-brown and brown setae and some white scales at the anterior margin.
The recorded host plant is Euryops tenuissimus.
The species name is derived from Latin albo (meaning white) and squamose (meaning scaly) and refers to the white squamose prothorax.
