Alexei Viktorovich Sivakov (Russian: ÃÂûõúÃÂõù ÃÂøúÃÂþÃÂþòøàáøòðúþò) (born 7 January 1972) is a former Russian cyclist. He is the father of fellow cyclist Pavel Sivakov.
