CernÃÂteÃÂti is a commune in BuzÃÂu County, Muntenia, Romania, located in the Subcarpathian hills, in the valley of the river SlÃÂnic. It is composed of eight villages: Aldeni, BÃÂeÃÂti, CÃÂldÃÂruÃÂa, CernÃÂteÃÂti, Fulga, Manasia, VlÃÂdeni, and ZÃÂrneÃÂtii de SlÃÂnic. The 2021 census showed a population of 3,659 inhabitants.
